This online manual is intended to provide basic instructions on how to use HealthTrust's Facility Scheduler application.  

Information is grouped by function. These groups mirror the main menu or navigation options within Facility Scheduler.

 

Help topics provide a description and numbered steps for each function.

Helpful Terminology: Who Uses Facility Scheduler?

Centralized Facility Scheduler Administrator (CFSA) - an employee with permissions to edit the application configuration, add employees, and assign roles and permissions.

User - an employee who has an assigned role and permissions in Facility Scheduler. Schedulers, Staffers, Supervisors, and Managers are examples of users.

Staff Member - a department employee who has no assigned roles or permissions. Staff members access Facility Scheduler to view their schedules, make scheduling requests and to view pages required for their positions.

Staff User - an employee who works in multiple facilities or departments.
