HR Exceptions and Conflicts Report

Access: Users assigned the Report - HR Import Exceptions permission. The following roles are assigned this permission by default: Facility Administrators, Administrator 2, and Administrator.

Users can run a report to list employees in their facilities who were not successfully imported into Facility Scheduler as part of the daily HR Import job. The report is listed on the Reports screen as HR Exceptions and Conflicts Report in the Staff section.

When the report link is clicked, a list of employees is generated that includes employee information, the date of the exception or conflict, and reason. The Facility Administrator can then resolve conflicts or exceptions as needed for their facilities.
