Cancels Report By Department
Access: Users assigned the Reports - Cancels permission.
Roles: The following roles are assigned this permission by default: Charge and higher.
To run the Cancels report for one or more selected Departments:
- Click Reports > Browse Reports on the navigation bar.
- In the Staff group, click Cancels Report.
- Select a date range. The default is today's date.
- Select Facility.
- Select Department(s) (default setting) and choose the departments you wish to view.
- Select Sort order.
- Select the Cancel Reasons you wish to view.

Unscheduled Absences Report Filters
- Click Save.
- You can move the columns and sort groups, or drag a column header to be sorted.

Sample Cancels Report By Department
To export the report:
- Click the Excel button in the report header.
- The report will display in Excel spreadsheet format.
- From here, you can sort and format the report data for printing.
