Cancels Report By Department

 

Access: Users assigned the Reports - Cancels permission.

Roles: The following roles are assigned this permission by default: Charge and higher.

To run the Cancels report for one or more selected Departments:

  1. Click Reports > Browse Reports on the navigation bar.
  2. In the Staff group, click Cancels Report.
  3. Select a date range. The default is today's date.
  4. Select Facility.
  5. Select Department(s) (default setting) and choose the departments you wish to view.
  6. Select Sort order.
  7. Select the Cancel Reasons you wish to view. 

 

Unscheduled Absences Report Filters

 

  1. Click Save.
  2. You can move the columns and sort groups, or drag a column header to be sorted.

 

Sample Cancels Report By Department

To export the report:

  1. Click the Excel button in the report header.
  2. The report will display in Excel spreadsheet format.
  3. From here, you can sort and format the report data for printing.
