User navigation options are listed in the menu, or navigation bar, at the top of each screen. Navigation options are displayed based on your assigned permissions. As a result, the options you see when using the application may be different from those illustrated below.
Hover over a menu option to view sub-menu options.
Click a sub-menu option to navigate to the selected page.
Sub-menu options display directly below the main menu navigation bar.
Alternatively, click a main menu option to view the default menu page. For example, click Reports and the Browse Reports page opens. Reports sub-menu options display below the main menu bar.

Schedule |
Browse Department Schedules, view Default Schedules, view the Metrics Dashboard, Staffing Matrix, and Forecast Census pages. |
Open Needs |
View unfilled shifts on the current monthly schedule. |
Daily Roster |
Manage the daily staffing for each department. |
Requests |
Request time off (staff members) and approve/reject time off requests (manager/staffer). Also for shift trades. |
Employees |
View a list of department employees. Click on an employee's name to view additional information. |
Facilities |
View general facility information and system configurations. |
Departments |
View general department information and system configurations. |
Reports |
View and run preset reports. |
Admin |
Lists users who have BOTH access to the Facility and assigned roles with permissions. Staff users do not have access to Admin pages. |
