Metrics Rules for Shifts

Each Shift Code should be associated with one of the following Productive shift types:

• Productive
• Non Productive
• Other Productive
• Call
• Placeholder

 

The Productive shift type assigned to the Shift Code tells each Metric (Commitment, Completeness, and Healthiness) how to use the Shift to calculate the Schedule Quality scores:

• Do Not Include
• Use Average Hours
• Use Actual Hours

 

Users assigned the Shift Edit permission can assign a Productive type to a Shift (Department Shift Edit>Productive Shifts).
