Employee Payroll Detail
Access: Users assigned the Reports - Payroll Employee Detail permission may access and run this report. By default, the following roles are assigned this permission: Admin Assistant, Educator,
House Supervisor, and higher.
Use this report to view the Payroll Details report any employee in a selected department.
This report displays the same information as the Payroll Detail screen that opens when you click an employee name, but to view the next employee, you do not have to return to the Schedule or Staff list to select another employee. Instead,
you can remain in the Time/Attend Employee Payroll Detail Report and select another employee.
To run the Employee Payroll Detail report:
- Click Reports from the main navigation menu.
- Select Browse Reports from the drop-down menu.
- In the Staff group, click Employee Payroll Detail.
- The Payroll Details screen displays the default department and the current pay period for the first name in the Employee drop-down list.
- Select the Department you want to view.
- Select the Employee to open the employee's schedule.

Note: All employees with hours scheduled in the selected department during the selected pay period are available for selection in the Employee drop-down list.
- To view a new date period, select the From and To dates you want to view and click Go.
- To view a different employee, click the Employee drop-down list, scroll to the next name, and press ENTER.
