Schedule Periods

Access The following roles are assigned the Facility - View permission by default: Staffing Dashboard - Full Access, Manager, and higher. The Facility - Change permission is reserved for PI Labor Corporate Administrators roles and higher. 

Typically, Schedule Periods are set up during the initial implementation of Facility Scheduler in a facility. It is not common for this setting to change unless a facility is changing the number of days per schedule period. For example, if a facility wanted to move from a 4-week schedule to a 6-week schedule. 

To access facility schedule periods:

  1. Sign in to Facility Scheduler as a user with the appropriate permissions. 
  2. Click Facilities > Schedule Periods

To add schedule periods:

  1. On the View Facility Schedule Period screen, click Add Schedule Period.
  2. Select the First Schedule Start Date.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The number of days entered in the Days in Schedule field (28 or 42 typically) will be used to calculate the end date for the newly added schedule period.
