Unpost a Posted Schedule

Once a schedule is posted, an Unpost Schedule link displays in the schedule header for authorized users. Only users with assigned permissions can unpost a posted schedule, which returns the schedule to the Planning phase.

Access: Users assigned the Facility Coordinator role or higher.

To unpost a schedule:

1. Navigate to the schedule that you wish to unpost.

2. Click the Unpost Schedule link.
3. Confirm the action.
4. The schedule returns to the Planning phase.
