The Manager's Browse Needs view differs from the employee view. Employees CANNOT see the number of open positions, the number of employee's who have requested to fill the need, or the number of shifts remaining to be filled.

The table below lists and defines the columns displayed on the Manager's view of the Open Needs screen.

The number of staff who have requested to fill the open need. |

The day and date of the need. |

The Skill level required, such as RN, LPN, CNA. |
Shift |
The Shift code. |
